The Environmental Protection Agency is taking comments from the public until 7-July-2009 on the proposed WaterSense draft specification with plans to issue a final specification in November. Section 4 of the draft pertains to landscape installation requirements of new homes. As weather conditions and landscapes across our great nation very greatly the specification as written will apply to all states not taking into account geographical differences. Ornamentl Beds

We service ornamental plantings 4 times annually. Spring and fall fertilization are provided based upon the plant material in your landscape.  Preventative insect control is applied to those plants most subject to infestation along with a winter treatment for those pests over wintering.  Our technicians will inspect and treat to control any unsightly or damaging pests if the need should arise.

Our approach to keep your turf at its best is to apply nutrients when they are needed.  The nutrients and application times are selected based upon your turf’s environment, irrigation available, soil temperatures and weather conditions.

Weed Control

Pre-emergent weed control is applied to your turf throughout the year to insure a consistent defense against unsightly weeds.  Post emergent weed control is provided only on an as needed basis.  We think green and only apply what is needed.

Disease and insect control is available should the need arise.
